Marketing Project Manager

 Location: Dunant, Beirut, Lebanon


 We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as the marketing project manager. The responsibilities of the marketing project manager include initiating, planning, and managing various projects to create and implement strategies tied to the different areas of marketing: Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, Customer Relations, Loyalty, and Customer Service. 


To be successful as a marketing project manager, you should have strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Ultimately, a top-notch marketing project manager should have excellent project management, analytical, and decision-making skills.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identifying needs and initiating marketing projects to create and implement solutions.
  • Sourcing consulting companies, consultants, and/or freelancers and creating the project team.
  • Working with the marketing consultants to create strategic marketing strategies and mapping out the tasks needed to implement those strategies.
  • Overseeing the projects from start to finish, managing timelines and making sure that all aspects of the project are delivered on strategy, on time, and on budget 
  • Collaborating with writers and graphic designers to create advertising content.
  • Creating and managing a content calendar and scheduling deadlines.
  • Determining marketing campaign budgets and ensuring that all staff adheres to them.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with external vendors.
  • Ensuring marketing projects meet the highest attainable quality standards, and have methods to measure feasibility and return on investment.


Requirements and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with project management theory and best practices.
  • Very good command of spoken and written English, Spanish language is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to details and precision in work
  • Strong business acumen, project planning, tracking & organizing skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Leadership skills
  • The ability to work and coordinate with teams efficiently
  • Motivated and passionate to achieving results
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • The ability to handle and effectively prioritize multiple tasks
