What is our Exchange Policy ?

Please save your receipt for exchange.


Clothing can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, if:

1. Items are unused.

2. Price tag is still attached.

3. Items have a purchase receipt.


Bedding can be exchanged within 2 days of purchase, if:

1. Items are unused.

2. Price tag is still attached.

3. Items have a purchase receipt.

4. Items are in their original packing.


No Cash or Credit Card Refund.

Cannot exchange more than once.

Night Dresses and Shoes cannot be exchanged nor refunded.

Discounted items cannot be exchanged.

No exchange during Sale/New Arrivals Events.


The following items cannot be exchanged:

Jewelry, Shoes, Accessories, Handbags, Travel Bags, Home & Kitchen Accessories, Electronics, Games, Pantyhose, Under wears & Perfumes.


When does the new items arrive?

Unlike other retailers with season collections, we have new brand names and designer's fashions arriving several times per week. Our rapidly changing assortments create that "treasure hunt" shopping experience at spectacular prices.
