KPI Specialist

 Location: Dunant, Beirut, Lebanon 


 The KPI Specialist will be responsible for developing KPI's for all company functions, developing monitoring processes for team and department leads to measure and monitor their teams KPIs, develop dashboards to monitor and report on KPIs, and create quarterly and yearly reports to analyze the different teams and departments performance.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  

  • Develop a set of KPIs to monitor the performance for all company functions 
  • Develop custom dashboards (KPIs). 
  • Create and track relevant KPIs for the various operations leaders in a timely and consistent manner (monthly and quarterly). 
  • Interpret data and analyze results in order to provide key business information and recommendations for improvement. 
  • Work with departments leaders and other internal partners in order to understand the objectives and outline of their specific business sectors. 
  • Monitor and measure the ongoing business results against objectives. 
  • Maintain, develop, improve, and automate reports. 
  • Create standardized reports that link corporate KPIs to KPI program for teams and departments. 
  • Escalate issues encountered related to data/reports as soon as they become apparent, while providing viable solutions and options to address these challenges
  • Deliver ad hoc projects as required
     

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business management, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years or relevant experience
  • Experience in KPIs and Performance Management systems on a strategic level
  • Experience in retail industry is preferrable
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and result-driven environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle and effectively prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to produce and present analyses and recommendations to upper management
  • Effective communication skills, ability to maintain strong and lasting relationships at all levels of organization.
  • Very good command of spoken and written English
  • Strong expertise in handling and consolidating large amounts of complex data/databases
  • Strong attention to details and precision in work
