Location: Dunant, Beirut, Lebanon
We are looking to employ an HR & administrative coordinator with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. An HR/Admin coordinator is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain digital copies of employees' records.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Support other assigned functions.
- Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.
- Communicating with recruiters and other external parties.
- Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- Experience in an administrative role (preferrable).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge in Lebanese Labor Law is a plus.
